Why Was There A Location Change?
WWE made the decision to relocate WrestleMania this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The original locations for the event were Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida and SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.
WrestleMania 37 will now be held entirely at SoFi Stadium over a period of two nights, on April 10 and 11. WWE had originally planned for the event to be held over three nights, but with the change in location, that is no longer possible.
This will be the first time that WrestleMania has been held in Inglewood, and it will be only the fourth time that the event has been held in the Los Angeles area. The last time WrestleMania was in California was in 2019, when it was held at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara.
