Choose your wrestler
The first step in how to pick someone up in WWE 2K19 is to choose your wrestler. There are many different wrestlers to choose from, so make sure you select one that you are comfortable with. Once you have selected your wrestler, the next step is to enter the match.
Find your opponent
In order to pick someone up in WWE 2K19, you need to find your opponent first. You can do this by either pressing the R1 button on your controller, or by using the “Find Opponent” button on the screen. Once you have found your opponent, walk up to them and press the triangle button.
Approach your opponent
To pick someone up in WWE 2K19, approach your opponent and press the R2/RT button.

In order to pick someone up in WWE 2K19, you need to first lock up with your opponent. To do this, approach them and press the ” grapple ” button on your controller. This will cause your wrestler to reach out and grab their opponent, initiating a lockup.
Once you’re locked up with your opponent, press the ” grapple ” button again to transition into a headlock. From here, press the ” left bumper ” on your controller to lift your opponent off their feet and into the air. You can now carry them around the ring and put them down wherever you want!
Take your opponent down
Once you have your opponent down on the ground, you will want to pick them up in WWE 2K19. Picking your opponent up can be done by pressing the circle button on PS4 or the B button on Xbox One.
Pin your opponent
In order to pick someone up in WWE 2K19, you must first pin your opponent. This can be done by doing a grapple move on your opponent and then hitting the “pin” button. Once you have pinned your opponent, their icon will turn red and they will be unable to move. At this point, you can hit the “pick up” button to pick them up.
Win the match
There are a number of ways to pick someone up in WWE 2K19, but the most basic and common method is to simply win the match. This can be done by pinning your opponent, forcing them to submit, or knocking them out. If you are playing a singles match, the winner will be determined by whoever gets the first fall. If you are playing a tag team match, the winner will be determined by whichever team gets the most falls.
