What are the requirements?
To become a WWE Superstar, you must first participate in a WWE tryout. At these tryouts, which are invite-only and occur three times a year, potential Superstars are put through a series of physical, mental and in-ring challenges by a panel of WWE officials. If you impress the officials at tryouts and are offered a contract, you will then be assigned to one of our three training facilities:
-The Performance Center in Orlando, Florida
-The NXT UK Training Facility in Coventry, England
-Or the developmental territory of your choice: NXT, NXT UK or 205 Live.
The application process
Prospective WWE Superstars have several avenues open to them when applying to work for WWE. The most common way to apply is online through WWE’s website, where hopefuls can fill out an application and upload a resume, reel and any additional materials that may be of interest to the company. If your reel and credentials are impressive enough, someone from WWE’s Talent Relations Department will reach out to you directly.
Other ways of getting in contact with WWE include attending one of their live events and speaking to a member of the Talent Relations team in person, or reaching out to a current or former WWE Superstar or employee and asking for their help in getting your foot in the door. Regardless of which avenue you choose, the most important thing is making sure your application is complete and up-to-date, as this will give you the best chance of being considered for a position with WWE.
The tryout process
To become a WWE Superstar, you first have to go through the tryout process.

The contract
Most people think that the first step to getting into WWE is to have a tryout, but the truth is that the first step is actually signing a contract.
To have a tryout with WWE, you must be at least 18 years old and have a signed contract. You also need to pass a physical, which includes a drug test.
The signed contract gives WWE the option to sign you to a developmental deal. This means that they will pay for your travel and accommodation expenses while you train at their Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
After you sign the contract, you will be given a list of approved doctors and trainers who are familiar with WWE’s Health and Wellness Program. You will need to get a physical from one of these doctors and submit it to WWE.
If you are cleared by the doctor, you will be scheduled for a tryout camp. These tryout camps are usually held once or twice a year, and they last for about a week.
During the camp, you will be put through a series of tests, including physical tests, in-ring tests, and interviews. If you impress the WWE officials at the camp, you will be offered a developmental deal.
The debut
